Help For Boa Vista
Giving back to the local community is something we care deeply about.
We have worked closely with Help For Boa Vista for many years, supporting their work and helping get essential items to the people and organisations that need them most.
During COVID-19, this became especially important. We helped deliver care packages every week to more than 100 families, providing much-needed support to local households during an incredibly difficult time.
Our support continues today. Every year, Help For Boa Vista delivers school supplies across the island, helping children and families prepare for the school year and ensuring that those who need a little extra help are not left behind.
We also accept donations from our guests and can help make sure those donations reach the right place. Whether it is supporting a mother and baby unit, a school, families in need or another local cause, we are happy to help deliver donations where they are needed most.
Together, small acts of kindness can make a big difference in the Boa Vista community.

Associaçao Nerina
Associação Nerina is a local non-profit organisation dedicated to the care, protection and welfare of dogs and cats on Boa Vista.
Based in Sal Rei, the association provides veterinary care and treatment, supports injured and abandoned animals and helps find loving homes for animals in need.
They also work to promote responsible pet ownership and educate the local community about animal welfare.
Their shelter and veterinary clinic provide a safe place for animals that need care, while their ongoing work helps improve the welfare of animals across the island.
They also run regular sterilisation campaigns across Boa Vista, helping to reduce unplanned litters, prevent abandonment and improve the health and welfare of animals throughout the island.
We are proud to support the important work of Associação Nerina and the difference they continue to make for animals and the wider Boa Vista community.
